Hey everyone! We’re hosting a casual field day for about 20 kids this summer. We’re planning on doing some fun field games and sports, so I’m looking for park recos in the Vancouver/Burnaby area.

Ideally, we’re looking for a spot that has:
• Plenty of open, flat grassy space for running around and games.
• Picnic tables we can use (bonus points if there’s a shelter or a small facility nearby we could look into renting, though not strictly required for a group this size).
• Decent, clean washroom facilities close to the fields.

We’re considering Stanley Park, but I’ve heard it can be tough to snag a spot if the main areas are already reserved.

Any favorite spots for this kind of thing? Thanks!
