Husband and wife killed. Their three children and auto driver in critical condition.

Yesterday a Thar overtook me and then suddenly drove to the extreme right side of the road and then stopped. I thought he was about to park. And was wondering why he would park facing the wrong side of the road. And then when I was about to cross him, he suddenly started doing a U Turn without indicating and nearly hit my car. Of course , he or she had TINTED WINDOWS.
For context. This happened in my state Manipur. Seems like thar drivers are having the same mentality regardless of where they come from.
