What system do you have in place to keep Invisalign cases organized once they get delivered?

Curious how other offices keep all their Invisalign boxes that get delivered nice and organized! Do you pull all the cases for upcoming appointments a week in advance, do you keep a spreadsheet so you can identify which ones haven't been delivered, shipping pending, etc?

I'm trying to come up with a process so that:

  1. New Invisalign cases are easy to store/find
  2. Upcoming patients are identified ahead of time
  3. Trays are pulled before the appointment
  4. Missing trays/issues are caught early
  5. Anyone on the team can understand the system quickly
