Tailgating for 2026 - The Hurst

Tailgating for 2026 - The Hurst

So I am coming to see the Lobos host Mercyhurst. I am a former Laker and alum ('90) but I am also on a quest to go to all 138 FBS stadiums (see somanystadiums.com). Anyway, the tailgating info on the Lobos site for 2026 isn't up yet. So I understand the East lot is best spot for tailgating. Can anyone confirm that it is a first-come, first served, cash lot? And does anyone have a ballpark amount?

Also, if you have any tips or Lobos traditions I should know about please let me know.

Thanks in advance, Tree

Tailgating for Apple Cup

I am coming to see the Huskies for the Apple Cup. I had a group to tailgate with but then their plans changed. This will be stadium number 130 for me. I had planned to tailgate with all my somanystadiums.com stuff, but now I am scrambling. My understanding is that the tailgating is primarily at lots held by season ticket holdrers (mainly E1). Are there any other lots, private or otherwise, where people tailgate as well? Since there are only two of us now, I'd like to avoid dropping $300 on Seatgeek for E1 if we can tailgate elsewhere cheaper.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance, Tree

Need NDSU Football Advice

I am hitting all 138 FBS stadiums. I am at 130 and NDSU is now on that list. Need some advice on ticket buying and tailgating. I will try to buy a couple of tickets when single game tickets drop, but I am hoping to hear that some will be available on Stubhub etc. In terms of tailgaing, how is the vibe in the NQ lot as that looks like the only spot I might be able to snag? Google somanystadiums.com if you want to read more about my story.
