flying to reserve base
DOS from active duty is in about 6 months. I plan on going to school after I get out. I spoke to a reserves recruiter, theres a 20k bonus for my afsc on the opposite coast.
Would it be reasonable to live in my current state and fly out to that unit for drill weekend? The recruiter says it’s possible but I’m looking to hear from members that have done this or if it will end up being too taxing.
