Starting on my tirzepatide journey this week. My order arrived today. Received only one 4ml vial (18mg/ml). Per my calculations this is enough for the 3 month titration period given I got a total of 400 units.

14 + 28 + 42 = 84 units * 4 = 336 units.

Veterans on the group, please let me know if my calculations look wrong for 2.5mg, 5mg, 7.5mg schedule each lasting 4 weeks.
