I have a full sized ma3 full. Does anyone else’s console get really hot to the touch by the encoders ?

Almost hot enough you can’t leave your finger on it

I’ve been at a festival the last week and going on for another 5 days.

I’ve got an ma3 full running 2

Luminex gigacore14R at FOH and backstage.
Mk2dmx-8 nodes, and opticalCON duo in between.

I’ve already gone over the whole network with a luminex rep and all things are good there.

Running sACN. Sporadically the console will disconnect from the network and then re-gain connectivity.
Leading to a very glitchy show.

Just wanted to know if anyone’s had this issue with there console and if a basic factory reset and software install fixed the problem.

Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
