Best way to navigate between towns at lake Como when online tickets are "sold out"?

Our hotel is in Lenno, and we figured we could hop on a ferry like a metro and get to Bellagio. However, it sounds like the ferry system is a complete mess duting peak season? We checked for tickets online and everything isbsold out And we're being told we can still buy tickets in person, but it's first come first serve and that the ferry only does that route once every few hours, and they stop running at 8pm or so. How the hell are we supposed to get to bellagio for dinner, then expect to be able to get back to our hotel for the evening? Am I missing something?

(This is for this coming week)

Staying near Amalfi, flying out of Naples. How is morning traffic?

As title suggests, we are staying on Amalfi coast during the last week of August (Atrani/Ravello area) and have a 12pm flight home out of Naples. My wife is concerned with potential traffic between Amalfi and Naples and is thinking we should cut a half day out of the Amalfi and spend the last night near Naples airport.

For those of you who have done this drive or love in the area, what is your recommendation? I dont know how long the new EES system will take to get through, so if we were to leave from the coast our final morning, we were thinking of driving out around 7:30am (hopeful srrival time of 9am). Is this enough to make our 12pm flight?
