Switching from Todoist. 52 Projects. Hundreds of tasks. Need input on how to approach.
Hello,
I'm just starting out with Super Productivity and have seen enough that I want to go all in and try making the switch from Todoist.
From what I've seen, the only mechanism that allows for importing of data expects it as JSON, and expects that its a 'complete version of everything'. (IE: It overwrites/replaces everything with what you import).
I'm certain there are others that have attacked a similar quandary. "Do I manually recreate everything or find a way to reformat the data and mass import? Will the former really save me that much time/effort?"
Does anyone have any guidance or recommendations?
Whether I manually recreate or attempt format the data in the JSON, both situations will be an opportunity for some experiential learning of how the app functions. Manual recreation would arguably be more practical, since this is how I would be primarily interacting with the app moving forward. But the thought of doing this is also kind of painful 🥲
