Making a pilgrimage to Uchiura in July?
Hey all! I've been a big fan of LL Sunshine for years, and never got the chance to visit Numazu & Uchiura. The stars aligned and I might be able to spend a week in late June/early July in Japan. This gives me ample time to make my way down to Uchiura!
However, I'm pretty concerned about the summer storms that will happen while I'm there. I suppose my question has two parts:
How is Uchiura in the summer months? Would the storms be so bad that it'd be prohibitively difficult or depressing to get around Uchiura? I'm especially concerned about the hike up to the school site.
They've sunset Aqours for a while now. I kind of get the idea that I should make my way down to Uchiura/Numazu as soon as possible before they discontinue the LL tie-ins. Is this concern valid?
