[Gifted Collab + 50% Revenue Share] [US Only] Looking for creators interested in a lifelong partnership with a new, first of its kind, revolutionary HealthTech brand. If we win, we'll make sure you win with us.

Hi. My name is JP, and I'm the founder of Soil (soilhq.com). Soil is an app that helps users feel lasting happiness by building self-discipline through mindfulness in a way that's simple, intuitive, effective, and battle-tested.

The creators I'm looking for are willing to share their entire journey with Soil, including its flaws. I don't care about virality or how new you are to content creation. What I care about the most is whether you have a meaningful connection with your audience or not. Therefore, you will have full and final say over the creative direction of the content you post.

Since we're a small shop that's just starting out, Soil is only available in the US for the time being. As far as I know, it's possible for people with US accounts on the App Store and Play Store to download Soil even if they live outside of the US, so if that's you, I may be able to work with you. The most important thing is that the content you make is based on your own experience or the experience of a loved one. If your experience or the experience of your loved one is negative, I want you to post about it too. Keep in mind that I also want to grow Soil's own social media presence, so I would have full ownership of the content you post about Soil to be able to post it ourselves too.

If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out by replying to this post or via DM. Best of luck, and I look forward to working with you.

I built a mental health app that provides more than just temporary relief

Mental health apps focus on making me feel relaxed when I need it, but when the meditation or the soundscape or the song ends, it's just a matter of time before I feel stressed, anxious, or overwhelmed again.

I tried looking for alternatives that allowed me to gradually develop a good amount of tolerance for discomfort, but couldn't find any. I was also thinking of going down the therapy route, but it just felt like overkill.

That's when I decided to make my own app to leverage strength training as an alternative strategy. After about a year of nights and weekends trying to come up with something useful, I put together something that's far from perfect but good enough.

The app is basically the same thing as a gym, but for the mind. It doesn't really focus on the intellectual side of things though. The app has a few capabilities, but its core feature is basically divided in two parts.

The first part is what I call attacks. An attack can be anything I want to build mental strength against. For example, I like junk food a little too much, so when I crave it, I start a stopwatch, and then I stop it once I can't resist it anymore, or once the attack stops.

After a while, my resistance went up a bit, but since waiting for the urge to come back just to help me get stronger took way too long, I realized I was missing something.

That's where the second part comes into play. The second part is what I call levels. Each level consists of a set of workouts that help me become stronger before my bad habit attacks me again. Just like the first few days or even weeks of going to the gym, I didn't notice much of a difference at first, but after beating enough levels, my defense started outlasting every attack. If levels are regular practice, attacks are game day.

If you want to take it for a free test drive, you can at soilhq.com. Let me know what you think.
