I removed the large roots from the bushes but there are still very small roots left. It’s not possible to get rid of all of them. they keep coming up when I try to remove them. Is it okay to install polyurethane woven fabric or do I need to keep trying to remove more roots? This is my first landscaping project, so any advice is appreciated.
