VIP bundle never arrived
So on April 18th I escorted a friend who passed away in January girlfriend to the concert he had already purchased tickets for. She was giving them away so I offered to escort her and she accepted. Concert was great and we had a great time.
While she did have access to his tickmaster account she didn't have access to his email and still doesn't. They were living together and she is still at same house but she never got the package with the poster and flask etc. We were in front and definitely the VIP package..but received absolutely nothing beyond the items at show..lanyard, early access to merch and front row outside the orchestra section of Fox Theater in Detroit.
Guess I'm asking what can I do to help her get her swag possibly..was there an email verification needed to receive it?
