Prints are already called for, so I'm not selling prints of this species. Just wanted to pop up on your algorthmn and show you a very rare & gorgeous psilocybe that's probably never been "studied" before

Shoe recommendations for the forests

Hello everybody!

I'm a fungal taxonomist and spend 5-6 months out of a year climbing, hiking and scaling down rainforest mountains trying to photograph fungi. I'm looking for some shoe recommendations based on the shoe I've utilized the past 4 years. I was using a show by Vibram called vtrek. They were almost perfect for me...due to them being barefoot and the material I could hike down muddy/slippery slopes and then also climb on 10 meter embankments on thin pathways....they were perfect for me to be able to dig my toes in and get rooted without falling. Unfortunately vibram is either not making that style anymore or vibram is just going out of business...because they seem to not carry my size (44 eu) and they never restock.

The one issue I had with the shoes are due to my unique requirements...before I start the hard part of my works (scaling down angled slopes in the bush) I have to walk 15 km on a rocky terrain. The shoes were perfect for the forest being finger shoes but the soles weren't as strong that made walking on rocks a pain. I do not have much experience with vibram, I just got lucky and read some reddit reviews that the vtrek could be what I'm looking for. Anybody who have experience with the newer vibram models, can you tell me which model will be a good replacement for what I'm looking for? Something with an excellent grip and a tough sole?

Appreciate everybody!
