First year Social Science student timetable / any tips or advice?
I’m hoping to major in International Relations and Public Health
I’m thinking of taking ECO105 GGR112 POL101 for IR, and PHS103, PSY101, POL101 for Public Health as a prerequisites
Should I take multiple prereq options for safety? I’m
not quite confident with acing all the prereqs i have in my schedule at the moment, but at the same time in my first year i wanted to try out different courses ive never tried (like astronomy or french) so I’m really not sure
The thing about me is that yes i definitely want to study in social sciences field but I’m an international student so reading and writing in English take up a lot of time so I didn’t want to overwhelm myself by taking 5 history courses if that makes sense
I know it sounds like I’m complaining either way, but I hope you understand 🥹
Any advice for first year socsci is very welcome and appreciated!
