A couple of years ago I sank the woods toy in that mudhole while Maple was sleeping in the back seat. She was extremely judgemental of my actions, and had nothing to do with me for a couple of hours. The look of disdain and disappointment on her face is priceless.

My wife's grandfather fought in WW2 in Burma/Myanmar and brought back this Kukri.

He's passed on now, and she is just curious to learn anything about it. It looks similar to one I saw of British military manufacture, but it has no markings that I can see.

Someone had posted about a broken nail and it reminded me. Naima sharpens her claws by nibbling them with her teeth. It's not a nervous behavior, she just has a certain length and sharpness she keeps them at. I wondered if this was an Anatolian thing, or she's just exceptionally tactical and planning for violence, lol?
