Thoughts on Phoebe Bridgers' Lost Weekend

I really liked ghostly feel of the production and deep vulnerability. Open to hearing what other people think! My personal favorite is As Above

NAPLEX 8/19 AMA

Exam was all over the place. There were definitely plenty of clinical questions, but I was surprised by how often the exam tested medication specific details rather than pure therapeutics. I saw questions involving osteoporosis, heart failure, thyroid disorders, anticoagulation, HIV, and asthma/COPD, but there were also a lot of questions on medication safety, dispensing considerations, monitoring parameters. I had things on adverse effects, pharmacokinetics, and selecting the most appropriate dosage form or formulation for a patient.

Know your brand/generics because I got several questions involving insulin products, GLP-1 agonists, anticoagulants, inhalers, and anticonvulsants. Also know counseling points, administration requirements, monitoring parameters, boxed warnings, contraindications, dose adjustments, and major drug interactions. Don't ignore supplements and OTC products either.

Overall, don't completely ignore the smaller details and less common medications. I spent a lot of time focusing on the major disease states and calculations, but many of the questions seemed designed to test whether you think like a practicing pharmacist and can recognize important medication information, counseling issues, safety concerns, and monitoring requirements.

I don’t feel like I failed but I definitely guessed on like 40 questions easily. For reference I studied almost 3 months using uworld, the qbank. I also scored 70 and 79 on the pharmpreppro practice exams a few weeks apart. Definitely take the time to do practice questions over and over and over again. Definitely do a practice exam as it’ll help with pacing and give you an idea where you stand before you walk in.

Naplex Next Week!

Wanted to get some opinions on my practice exams. I posted this on another subreddit but Id like to get more opinions because im so nervous for my exam 😭. I took my second pharmpreppro exam and got a 79. I got a 70 on my first ppp exam. I spent a lot of time going over biostats, ID, and oncology. Those were my worst subjects. Def felt more confident on those questions for the second practice exam. Anvone have anv advice on how to handle these last few days?? Im so nervous. I was going to review compounding since that seemed to be my worse subject this go around...guess i forgot some of that while reviewina the biostats, ID, and oncology. Im also going to take the prenaplex this weekend. I heard that's good to see the layout of the exam.

Naplex 2 Weeks Away

I just took 1 of 2 of my pharmpreppro exams. I scored a 70. Does anyone know if this is a good score if I plan on taking my naplex in about 2 weeks?

Pore Filler

I have relatively large pores on my face (specifically my cheeks). I've tried the Pore Fessional brand but every time I use it I break out. Anyone have recommendations on a pore filler that doesnt give you acne?

How to study for the NAPLEX

Hey everyone,

I had AI create me a study schedule using the materials I bought. It came out really good so I wanted to share it! Hope it helps some people out!
