I happen to stumble across this company while researching a new travel bag. They are a Canadian bag company, and from my research, they are legit. I really liked their Transit Alpha Backpack and their sling. However, I couldn't find any good reviews out there, so I was scared to buy from them. I took a chance and bought only the sling because I got 50% off the "sale" price, so I wasn't going to lose a lot of money if it never arrived. I figured if I had a good experience, I would also order the Transit Alpha backpack later. Well, I definitely won't be ordering.
I guess this is just a warning to those who want to order with them. I placed my order on July 25 and just received it today, August 20. In fairness, I live in the US, but I've gotten shipments from Asia faster than this. The shipping time doesn't bother me as much as the communication. I emailed them from their website, and directly, inquiring about the shipping, and never got a response. That's terrible customer service.
Also, their photos of the products are inconsistent (like different logo designs, and possibly even some different features). I was disappointed when I received my sling bag with a hook & loop attachment on the front for patches. All of their photos of the slings, except ONE, does not have this ugly patch attachment. Needless to say, I'm not going to order the Transit Alpha Backpack because I was going to order it in black. Well, the black one looks different than the ash colored one. It looks as if it's missing the magnetic pocket.
Anyhow, I'm venting. I'm not going to try to exchange the sling. At least I finally received it, and for the price, it's good. I just won't trust ever ordering from them again. I suggest to anyone who wants to order from them, email them first to know what you will be getting, and see if you even get a response.
