Hi @everyone! We just wanted to make a quick reminder to help keep this community a safe and supportive space.
Constructive criticism is absolutely welcome, and we understand that many of you are offering advice because you genuinely care.
However, please remember that Khalie is already very aware of her current situation and has acknowledged there are things she wishes she could have done differently.
Repeatedly pointing out what she "should have done" isn't productive and can become overwhelming.
Everyone handles difficult situations differently. What may have worked for one person won't necessarily work for someone else, so please try to keep your comments supportive, kind, and solution focused rather than judgmental.
Khalie has also stated multiple times that she does want to return to the workforce. Right now, she's focusing on improving her mental health and stabilizing her living situation before taking that step.
While getting a job may seem like a simple solution from the outside, it isn't always that straightforward. Finding employment that accommodates individual circumstances, especially when education, mental health, and other barriers are involved, can take time.
Please continue to keep discussions civil and respectful. This server is not a place for arguments, personal attacks, or toxic behavior. If a disagreement becomes personal, please move it to direct messages and handle it maturely and respectfully.
