Starbucks Miffy Uniform Removable?

I’ve been thinking about buying the new miffy plush at starbucks, but i’m just wondering if the uniform is sewn on to the plush. It feels a bit too niche for me but if I can remove the uniform whenever I want I might genuinely consider it.
