Hey everyone, I’m due in roughly 2 weeks at the NMH so preparing my hospital bag.

Can anyone advise if they gave birth there recently or have been told (my next appointment is next week) what they don’t need to bring? I’m watching a lot of videos but mostly are based in the UK and US.

Things I’m unsure to bring or not:
- some formula / nappies
- postpartum things for example ice pads / disposable underwear

Also is their dressing delivery gown bad? I didn’t want to go and buy one.
