The start of something..
I recently decided I want to turn my backyard into a garden. I decided to start with building up the soil, so I got a chip drop. I was super overwhelmed at first, but then I remembered gardening is about patience. I hauled the chips/leaves/sticks into the yard and spread them out. Does anyone have any advice for what I should do next? I am going to keep watering it and leveling it, I am hoping I can put some raised beds in this area in the fall. What do you think? Should I get another chip drop to continue to cover this space? Or should I start with what I have and grow into it?
