I thought this was interesting. On Friday the weather was very overcast when we shot. I struggled to see the targets in the woods and swapped my lenses from my normal low light of 52CIN to the 39CIG (much more red than purple) and it was a night and day difference in seeing the clays for the rest of the course. On Sat/Sun we shot in partly cloudy to full sun and I had no issues seeing the clays with my normal 'mixed weather' lens the 30CIHB.

I can't get over how it brought out the colors in the paint. The photo doesn't do it justice. Next step is ceramic tint on the front passenger windows/roof glass/ and maybe very very light tint on the windshield. I also had the wheels and calipers done.

Picked it up last week. 2026 x40i with m-sport pro, premium, parking and driving assist, and climate package. Taking it to my car guys to get a professional paint correction and ceramic coat on it, the wheels, calibers, and glass next week.

I love it, but I wish I could figure out a way to easily adjust following distance on the cruise control. All the menu choices just to change a simple thing is frustrating.
