Made this with rhubarb from my allotment, thought this group might appreciate it.
Been growing rhubarb on my allotment for a couple of years now and this season I finally did something a bit different with it. Made a rhubarb and frangipane galette... the almond filling underneath the rhubarb is a game changer if you've never tried it. Took about an hour start to finish and honestly one of the best things I've made from the allotment so far. Happy to share the recipe in the comments if anyone wants it.
