So the deadline of seagatham portal was 4 July and i didn't submit it. I am sec c ug cai student and want hostel. Whats should I do now? They aren't receiving calls and i emailed them too

So i paid 6 lakh and 10k the caution deposit fee too. So now I wanna know how can pay the hostel fee? How can I get room?

So whenever I open a link i mostly find that website is not available and at bottom there is new stronghold adress...whats that how to open that
