My friend lives in Barcelona and I am in New York City for the weekend and we are having a debate which city has the best World Cup vibe to watch the final. I believe New York is very lit right now but he was adamant Barcelona was. I visited Barcelona in the winter before but I don’t know how “vibey“ it can truly get in the summer and during the World cup.
