Need help PC wont open.

Long story short, i have no idea about pcs im just a casual gamer. So i tried everything AI told me to fix except USB update (dont have rn). Nothing was successful and started to get frustrated since i have no clue whats going on.
Tried manually resetting the BIOS by unplugging and holding power button.
Tried messing with “safe boot” but it appears i cant edit the setting after trying everything
