New ATC Salary Stagnation Data
BLS added new wage data last month for 2025. Our pay is stagnating at an unacceptable level. It always helps to graph it out and see the trend. We are about 7% away from reaching white book era pay when adjusting for inflation, and that’s just using CPI. When you factor in FERS-frae, FEHB premium increases, and housing costs, we are already there.
