That thing they've done at night for the past few years

Sorry if this is not going to the right place I can't reference this thing by name because it's asking me to post it to a megathread that I cannot find!!!

Have they announced that special live thing they do at night time yet? Did I miss something where they said they weren't doing it? I had already purchased my tickets by this time last year so I just want to make sure I'm not missing anything. Thanks sorry if I'm stupid

Paranoid about Argumentative Writing

Just took my argumentative writing and I'm paranoid about it getting approved...I took the main test in-person so I'm unfamiliar with the remote testing stuff.

  • I went through the check-in and test itself no problem.
  • When I think I tend to put my hand on my chin/cheek/near my mouth so I'm worried about that. Didn't realize I was doing it until the end of the test.
  • I might have heard my phone go off in another room--could have also been my neighbors or from outside. Was too focused on writing to echolocate lol
  • I cracked my knuckles a bit
  • I'm on a mac and out of habit, I right-clicked on a word that was spelled incorrectly, which brought up that menu of spelling suggestions, "look up [x]," etc. I also swiped too low one time and brought up the dock

Is anyone able to give me some reassurance about getting approved? Would my test have been interrupted if I did something glaringly wrong, or does it get reviewed later? TYIA

Backsliding Before June

I take a PT once a week and the past four weeks I’ve scored a 170, 176, 172…and a 164 (BR 177-180 for all). Similarly, for the past few weeks I’ve been scoring -1 or -2 on timed sections (-0 BR) and in the past week I’ve been scoring -4 with variance on BR. Some of the questions I’m getting wrong aren’t even the ones I’m flagging.

I’ve logged over 250 hours of studying. My motivation is maybe lower because I’m frustrated with my results. Maybe I’m burnt out, but that feels like a horrible place to be right before test day.

I’m taking June but am signed up for August as well so I don’t feel a ton of pressure riding on June. I got a 160 on my first ever cold diagnostic so I know I can score in the 172+ range. I just want to score how I know I am capable of scoring.

I’m just feeling overwhelmed and frustrated and don’t really know what to do given that the test is only a week out.

Any advice or support is appreciated <3
