Conflicting opinions- is this ready??
I’ve never successfully got to this point before- (keep getting mould contam) my grain looks well colonised but I’ve had 2 opposing opinions on whether to go with getting it into the tub. Is this well enough colonised or should I wait. I’m worried as I’ve waited at this point prev and come home to a bag that’s gone mouldy in a few hours. The bag also has quite a bit of condensation. Help!
