Today is 25 july i still haven't recieved my Pre enrollment from University of Messina. What am I supposed to do? They aren't even replying me on mail.

Last update I got from them was on June 19 saying ive received a document in my Application Portal but I got nothing. Im trying to contact them since then they don't even reply.

Should I wait for Messina or enroll in some college in India?

Is everyone still waiting for their pre enrollment letter or is it just me..

idk what to do it's 17 July now and degree Colleges have already started in India idk if i should wait for Messina or enroll in some college in India
