Hey everyone,
I’m an E-Commerce Shopper at Whole Foods. This week I’m only scheduled for 8 hours total (two 4-hour shifts). I’m thinking about putting one of my shifts up on Innerview for someone else to take (or calling out if no one picks it up).
This would leave me with only 4 worked hours for the week.
Will working only 4 hours for one week affect my employment status or automatically drop me down to seasonal? Is there any issue with doing this as long as the shift gets claimed or I follow standard call-out protocol?
Just want to make sure I don't trigger any attendance/policy flags. Appreciate any insight from fellow shoppers or TLs!
