I provision mobile phones. We use Mobile Guard/Smarsh for text message capture. There’s a portal and spreadsheet template for bulk uploading phone lines for capture. One aspect of the process requires manually going through each user profile, one by one, and changing the provisioning status from ENABLED to REQUEST_PROVISION.

Is there anyway to do that step for multiple users at once?
