I propped them up with chairs for now while I figure out what to do, maybe tie them to the fence or prop them up with those cheap, short fences you stick in the ground.
I looked it up and it means that the pirates flying this flag will give no quarter and fight to the death but I don't get why a VFW (Veterans of Foreign Wars) hall would fly it. Location is NY.
There is a section of my fence covered with the stuff, been there since we bought the house 6 years ago. I power wash it every spring but this stuff won't budge. Any ideas?
