Migrant crisis: Somali small boat migrant slashed welfare officer with large knife at asylum hotel, court hears

Migrant crisis: Somali small boat migrant slashed welfare officer with large knife at asylum hotel, court hears

Not a fan of GB News but the BBC article is currently omitting that the perpetrator is an 'asylum seeker'. Their version just states that a stabbing occurred at a hotel used to house asylum seekers.

My country is fucked.

Have a good day.

Number of migrants who entered Ceuta rises to 60,000

If permissible, I will share my opinion below (let me know whether to take it down).

Extremely concerning development, which has wider implications upon Europe. If the influx of people does not yield, the city will be quickly outnumbered.

Frankly, these are not 'migrants' - this is an act of aggression.

I am posting this as an update to the earlier article.

60,000 now and rising.

1,000 illegal migrants head for UK hours after PM claimed small boats plan was working

*I've changed the title as I find The Sun's obsession with cramming 'cops' into every sentence very obnoxious

Key information:

While the official numbers will be released today, provisional estimates last night were that more than 1,000 migrants could have made the journey.

French officers reported that they are 'told' to let the migrants set sail.

And, according to Sky News, 3 died.

Up to '700' migrants crossing the Channel as chaos erupts in ideal conditions

Not a fan of The Express but they are one of only 3 I could find currently reporting on this:

More than 300 have already arrived, 400 are waiting to cross.

"This cohort will arrive in Kent later, while French warships are patrolling as far south as Rue as fears intensify over smugglers expanding their routes into the UK."

Berlin Pride attack suspect shot and killed during police operation - live updates

Previously sentenced to 1 year and 10 months for preparing a terrorist act (in May of **this year**) - decision was **deferred** for six months - commits terrorist act only two months later.

My opinion: appalling work from German authorities. What a colossal failure to protect the public.
