I don't really have anywhere else I can say this. Disability pride took years for me to embrace. Heck it took me twenty years to claim my identity as a disabled person.

I have PTSD, chronic pain, asthma, CKD 3b, panic disorder, treatment resistant depression, Hashimoto's, pernicious anemia, and I am autistic. My left foot was reconstructed in 2003. I am an unpaid caregiver.
