I’m seeing lots of us making machines specifically designed to fill the “we have Steam Machine at home” void. How many of those machines are actually running SteamOS? Bazzite? I don’t personally think a SFFPC running Windows with Steam in Big Picture mode fully qualifies as a DIY Steam Machine.

I’ve loved my Purple more than I can express to my non-geeky friends and family. But I’m aware that tech moves ever forward, and I wonder how much longer I can expect my Purple to be supported. Have there been any talks regarding the Purple’s end of life?

At least so I know by when I need to have saved for my Purple’s replacement. 😁
