Unknown tree in Central America!

Hello! Like I said, I need help identifying a tree! I live in Central America, the tree is found in my backyard, on a mountainous region, humid—although we are living a drought right now 🫩— anyhow, the tree is about 5-6 years old? I’m not sure when it was planted, but I’ve noticed it tends to produce lots of tree suckers… I want to take care of it… because I think it might be under stress because of the amount of suckers it produced this season, but I don’t know if it’s something the tree just does naturally through its root system…I don’t know what tree it is! Here are some pictures! Any help is appreciated!

I’m having an academic emergency! I don’t know who else to ask for this!

I need a book from Internet Archive, and I need to download it, not just burrow it for a day or 14 days… I need it as a PDF to read it on the go without internet, but I can’t get the IA Downloader I found on GitHub to work! 😩

I’m so stupid, please, can somebody do it for me?! I know it’s so low to ask someone else to do the hard work for me… but I’m literally on a crisis!
