Hi. Meron ba sainyo dto na umalis ng Big4 manily due to the lowpay and maghanap ng better opportunities and napunta naman sa firm na gives higher pay but yung culture mejo tagilid? I know compared sa streamlined processes ng big4, dito mejo less automated and wears several hats dito since small firm siya. Pero 2nd day of employment pa lang nabigyan na kami ng task without proper orientation sa methodology ng firm. Tinapat pa kami sa manager na mahirap katrabaho 😅 ang dali mainis, hindi naman maayos yung binibigay n walkthrough sa tasks, tamang sabi lang na irollforward mo yung ganito ganyan. Gets ko naman na i come with audit experience pag pasok pero ibang firm and client kasi ito. Though may naencounter naman ako na okay yata and mukhang goods makicommunicate sa staff niya. Also pwede kang hindi maregular and matangal anytime 😆 ang bigat lang sa pakiramdam to the point na napapaisip ako kung worth it ba yung increase or dapat sana nag stay nalang muna ako sa dati.

Hello. I just wanna ask if may nakakuha n b ng wfh audit roles dto or yung direct to client hire na tinatawag nila with just one busy season experiwnce as a staff? I wanted to transition sana ulit into a fully remote set up and move back sa province. Sobrang gastos dto sa metro manila and knowing audit, it does not pay very well din.

Hello! Anyone here knows kung kumusta ang work environment sa FAI? I applied for their financial analyst position. I came from offshore audit so expecting na things are quite new. Oks naman sana ang audit for me. Bearable and i could crunch hours if needed. But the pay is relatively low compared sa pagod na dinedemand ng work. 😅 I was also really interested in MAS back in college. MAS was my highest subject when i took cpale. Do you think the interest would translate in financial analyst type of work?

Hello. Tanong ko lang po kung kailan effective kung may progression sa rank sa EY? After kasi ng discussion with counselor, up for progression na daw ako. Yung sa September pa po ba ito?
