Would this pasta pot work as a rack?
This pasta insert fits in the pot below it. Would it work OK as a rack or does it have too much metal?

I am looking for something that will slot easily into a standard american formula of protein dish + starch dish + vegetable dish. For example, grilled chicken breast + garlic oil noodles + sautéed greens. Or meatloaf + homemade whole wheat bread + steamed green beans. What are some plant based protein entrees that can slot in for the chicken and meatloaf? My kids don't tolerate one pot meals very well, so curries, stews, etc. are challenging.
This picture is of an ornamental tree next to the orchard since it's easier to see the damage on this one. But some of the peaches have similar gummosis and large trunk cankers. I think the orchard has gone unwatered for at least year and probably unmanaged for a few years. I just took over this week. Colorado 6b.
Can the cytospora be managed and the trees left in place once it gets to this point? Or do the trees where it has reached the trunk just need to be removed?
My retired parents are purchasing a home that has about 1/2 acre of mature fruit trees. I will be their orchardist. Zone 5b, Colorado Front Range. I saw apples, cherries, grapes, and many more yet to be identified. Where do I start in caring for these trees? The apple tree had a lot of fruit but I didn't see much on the other trees.
I have the older toddler straw top with the two valves at the very end and would like to replace the straw. I also have the Kiddo Straw, and the inner straws are not compatible (kiddo straw, both inner and outer straw, is much smaller than the toddler straw). The Big Mouth straw looks visually like it might work. The website shows the same diameter for the big mouth and the Kiddo straws, but one is listed in metric and one in British gravitational units, so I wonder if there might be a typo somewhere? I messaged Pura and have not heard back.
I saw the post for a stainless replacement straw (5" from mason jar lifestyle). Does anyone know of a good silicone replacement straw for the Thermos Funtainer from a reputable brand? I picked up both 10 oz and 12 Oz funtainers from the thrift store.
