I have two stepper motors that I would like to control with an arduino nano every. Is it possible to do that by just connecting the motors to the arduino or do I need one of those motor controller boards?

These are the motors I’m using:
Motor 1
Motor 2

I may have bought stuff before doing enough research which was honestly pretty stupid but it’s my first time doing a project like this so please don’t be too harsh on me :P
