Property taxes

Soooo, I am wondering why KS doesn't do a thing like California did with prop 13 where your property taxes is locked into the purchase price of your home and not the new market value?

Edit: the reason I asked is because my mom said she saw an ad about how Ty Masterson would lower property taxes, I just saw the ad, he doesn't say how.

But seriously, if your house is paid off it is goddamn ridiculous you would be taxed out of it. We need a locked in valuation of property for tax purposes, WTF does it go up every goddamn year when there are no improvements!!!!

HIPP Training

I am looking for the guidelines for the 2026 heat/HIPP Training requirements. Have searched online and it seems to just be posted stand up talks. Would like documentation of any actual training that needs to be entered in. Thank you
