I am doing my first league rebuilding (I am trying to make Bosnian league the best in Europe), so what am I supposed to do? Should I go team by team and upgrade their facilities to 20/20 or buy the best players from the world in every team? (I assume if I buy best players in one team and at the end of the season I go to different team to manage them, the old team will sell all good players). Give me any tips pls
