Could be the Pathfinder 1 since I was near Moffett Field?
I wanted to share some of our rescue snails who have survived bad shell breaks. We found them in the wild and healed them with calcium carbonate and veggies. We believe some of them were broken by a weed whacker when bushes were trimmed. They don't always survive broken shells, but these little guys are all healed up and living happy snail lives now.
Can you help identify this mystery snaby? We live in an area with both garden snails (Cornu aspersum) and milk snails (Otala lactea). Which species could this baby snail be?
