Hey there!

If you frequent this subreddit you will know that on the Constructed Adventures Discord channel we do puzzle hunts! If you have participated before or are brand new and want to give it a try, here's another chance!

The 2026 Galactic Puzzle Hunt begins Friday October 8th and runs through Monday October 19th

So hop in and register a team (if you'd like) or you can join The Constructed Adventures team in the Discord community!

We would love to get as many people to help out for as much or as little as you want! (Feel free to jump in and out! You are under no obligation if things get busy or you aren't interested)

New members are always encouraged to join. We're an inclusive and encouraging bunch.

YOU DON’T HAVE TO BE EXPERIENCED AT SOLVING PUZZLES TO PARTICIPATE. Remember: The first step at being good at something is being bad at it. Besides, you never know what life experiences you've had that might help make a solve!

We hope to see you over on the Discord Channel where we will organize and share a collective Google Sheet for solving!

Hopefully we'll see you there!
Get excited!

Hey hey everyone! Always open to making big changes to the community? I wanted to get you take. Would you like seeing puzzle playtest posts? We've been sequestering them to the discord channel but if you'd like them, happy to add them!

Let me know your thoughts!

USA today definitely doesn't have the most comprehensive list but they have a much bigger reach. Worth a vote.

Hey everyone! We have a few initiatives that the mod team is currently working on. One of them is giving you active escape room owners in this community the option to put your company flair on your name. This applies of you have a publication or outlet in the community. We feel like this is a great way to help give some of the designers a little more sway

It's super simple: Just send a message to the mods with the Title "Flair"

In the body of the message Type your escape room company and state or country (Optional)

Example:

"Lock & Key Escapes"

or

"Lock & Key Escapes - Florida"

Then we'll do our best to add your flair in a timely fashion.

Cheers!

EDIT! For you enthusiasts, We added a few "rooms played" milestone flairs you can add whenever you like! Just click the top three dots in the corner and flair up!

Let me know if you'd like more!

I wanted to put this on everyone's radar in case you weren't aware. I won't be able to make it this year but I've heard good things!

Hey Friends!

RECON is the conference for Escape room designers, owners, service providers, and enthusiasts.

This year, RECON will take place in Laval (Montreal area) Canada on August 16th-17th and only a few tickets remain. If you haven't yet, you should consider showing up. I'll be there!

Always happy to have an r/escaperooms meetup at the hotel bar one evening!

Who's joining?

I bet we'll see more and more AI slop puzzle games.
