real talk. how is anybody affording a PGY2 without early-commit or there’s other open spots in the nearby area?

i saved up money the last two years to afford interviews, licensing, and moving. the move itself is going to clean my savings out. how on earth is anyone able to move again a year later for another residency? clearly it’s possible because some people are doing it.
