I am looking for a 3D designer who can create a nightclub floor plan models. It shouldn’t be too detailed since i want it to load quickly in my mobile app( react native) using react-three fiber (three js renderer). I really don’t know how much time it takes to create something like this * but right now budget is tight since this is self founded MVP. But there is potential for adding 10+ similar maps if the first one works well. Mobile optimized gltf/glb model.
