I'm planning to sell my townhome in Brambleton which is very close to Regal Fox, Brambleton Library and Harris Teeter. It's approximately 2325 SQ.FT 3 level townhome. 2014 construction. I'm preparing to go through an agent but wondering if people are still buying homes in this market.
