The headlight of my River Indie Gen 3 has stopped working. they became very dim

The vehicle is only around 20 days old and has been ridden for approximately 250 km so far. The headlight was working normally earlier, but it has now stopped functioning

Now, how can I trust this brand which claims that the build quality is the best.
