I am needing some proper guidance on biblical fasting.

Hi, everyone, I am needing some help on my journey. I feel as if I am being led to begin fasting, but I have never done this before. I am looking for tips/advice on how to approach fasting in an appropriate way, and how to begin this new spiritual experience so I can grow my faith in Christ.

Any new help is greatly appreciated, and I thank you all for taking the time to read/post.

Just rewatching some 90s Goosebumps episodes and was thoroughly impressed to learn that the series was actually the pioneer for the “analog horror face.” Lol.

Around 11:10 in on “The Ghost Next Door: Part 2.” The face only pops up for around 2 seconds, so I was pretty shocked when I saw it all these years later. 😂
